following specifications :-
- Size of the sheet 400mm x 400mm and 6mm to 15mm thickness
- Brushing M/c. with 8 brushes on top side with water rinsing system to clean one side surface of the tiles as per your requirement with desired finish.
- Brushing M/c. with wet processing system, brush oscillation, conveyors belt roller,
- The brush diameter will be 200 mm and width is 450mm
- Brush up and down mechanism to give desired pressure on the sheet.
- Each brush will be driven with separate electric motors.
- Each brush will be provided with Oscillation system which will keep the brush surface free from embedment.
- The brushing machine will be controlled with separate Elec. Panels with 12 mtrs length electrical cable wire and all the controls of the machine with emergency stop.
- Electrical wire clamping with the machine frame.
- Each brush will be having separate water spraying system.
- Water rinsing pipeline size is 25mm Dia and drainage pipeline system is 50mm Dia.
- All Drainage pipe line clamping with the body.
- The conveyor roll of the machine will be high quality Rubber/ Nylon belt coated with abrasion protection for long life.
- The brush shaft and other related moving parts will be made out at Alloy Steel with necessary treatment wherever called for.
- The electrical system will be of prime manufacturer for trouble free operation.
- There will be brush motor of 5hp / 7.5 H.P. on each brush.
- The conveyor system will be driven through 5 H.P. with variable drive.
- Total electrical load of the Machine will be around 66 HP.
- Require water-tank for water supply with filter fabricated at your cost and for that we shall provide you the drawing concept.
- Electrical brush motors bottom side fully covered for protection purpose.
- Brushing machine work in 12 hours shift 7200 Sqm means 23000 Sq. Feet in ideal working condition.
- On receipt of the order, we shall submit you symmetric drawing of the machine for your approval / comments and thereafter we shall commence manufacturing of the machine
- We envisage the space requirement of the machine, i.e. approx. 5 meters length.
