Safety interlocks have been provided such that if any of the movement gets mechanically jammed, the system halts.
The vacuum pressure if goes below a set level, the machines starts an alarm and the sheet is returned to the home position.
E-Stop will be provided at loading and unloading station such that
Operator can stop the machine at any stage from any position.
All the control system will work on 24V DC, so that there will be no electrical shock to the operator.
Additional safety Infra-Red Curtains can be provided around the machine (optional). ***
