Valgro sheet metal end edge deburring machines are designed to remove metal burrs from the sheet external perimeter. Burr formation happens after cutting processes such as shearing, punching, etc. Deburring is required in some cases for aesthetic reasons and in others for removing sharp edges for safety reasons.
These machines are suitable for deburring metal outer perimeters straights of the sheet. The deburring operation is carried out for both sides of the sheet in a single operation. The process result is the elimination of burrs getting slightly rounded edges.
